In addition to the many group retreats currently being planned for 2025 and beyond, the GRC offers personal retreats on the final weekend of every month. Generally, on the last Friday of every month, three to five days will be reserved for individuals to participate in the mindful meditation practices of their choosing. All experience levels are welcome and basic meditation instructions, and some guided meditations will be offered.
